This agreement is between On Time Bin Butlers LLC and homeowner. You are agreeing for permission to On Time Bin Butlers LLC to enter your property for said purpose of bringing trash and recycle bins to and fro the day before collection and the day of. We are not responsible for any additional garbage that is unable to fit into the bins. You can contact us for an extra one time pickup and removal service for an additional fee of 65.00, limited to 5 black contractor bags that are able to be lifted by 1 person. For the safety of our workers, dogs must not be in the collection area. If there are any schedule changes made by waste management you are responsible to notify us 2 weeks prior. If recycling is on a separate day there will be an additional charge of 35.00 a month. We are responsible for texting you verification pictures as each task is completed. This service charge is good for 2 bins only, with each additional bin 5.00/month. Billing begins at the start of service once your free 2 week trail has concluded. We use QuickBooks to send recurring invoices to your email. This contract can be canceled at any time but will not be prorated if you cancel 7 days before paid subscription month ends. Your recurring bill will be discontinued. We will not be held liable for damage to any personal property or vehicles caused by overturned bins due to weather, such as wind or acts of god. We will not be held responsible for any penalties or fines by HOAs of clients. The client is responsible to be in compliance with any and all HOA bylaws and will inform us of requirements. You understand that Bin Butler runners are subcontractors, not employees. In signing you are agreeing to these terms and conditions
